What does it cost, and is it for me?
It’s completely FREE, and perfect for people with little or no self-defence experience.
If you want to feel safer, stronger and more confident — this workshop is for you.
It’s also a great way to explore Krav Maga as a regular activity to boost your safety, fitness and self-belief in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
Do I need to be fit?
Not at all. This is a beginner-level session that’s designed to be accessible to everyone. Just wear comfy clothes and take it at your own pace. As always, if you have any medical conditions or haven’t exercised in a long while, you should always check with your doctor before participating in any physical activity.
What will I learn?
