Do I need to be fit?

Not at all. This is a beginner-level session that’s designed to be accessible to everyone. Just wear comfy clothes and take it at your own pace.

As always, if you have any medical conditions or haven’t exercised in a long while, you should always check with your doctor before participating in any physical activity.
