1. Membership and Attendance
By signing up for classes or memberships, you agree to follow our Club Rules. This includes showing respect to instructors, training partners, and following all safety protocols.
- We inform you of your cancellation rights before booking, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- You may cancel your membership at any time by written notice via email.
- Participants under 18 must have verified parental consent to join classes.
- Memberships are non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a goodwill gesture, we extend this refund period to 30 days for all cancellations (online or in-person). After this 30-day period, no refunds are issued for missed classes or cancellations, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
2. Health and Safety
Krav Maga is a contact-based physical activity. By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to train. If you have any existing injuries or medical conditions, you must inform the instructor before the session.
- Participants accept the inherent risks associated with martial arts training (e.g. bruises, sprains, fractures etc.), but Peckham Krav Maga remains responsible for ensuring a safe training environment, qualified instruction, and adherence to reasonable health and safety standards under the Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957.
- By joining classes, you agree to follow safety protocols, including disclosing medical conditions, as outlined in our Club Rules.
- We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe it poses a safety risk to you or others.
3. Accounts (for Website Users)
When you create an account on our website, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

In the case of minor breaches, we will issue a written warning and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination.
If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund unless legally required.
7. Disclaimer
You use this website and participate in training at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including implied fitness for a particular purpose.
While we aim to provide a safe environment, martial arts and self-defence carry an inherent risk of injury.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
